The Buying Operations Support Associate will perform administrative tasks to assist the operations team, which includes but not limited to, assisting with new vendor setup, new SKU setup, vendor pricing updates, follow up with vendors on PO issues, and collections. The Associate will perform administrative duties including heavy data entry and processing, generating and validating reports and documents, working with internal and external customers via email and phone. They will also be required to perform other job assignments as assigned.
Must have heavy data/processing experience
Experience in an operational/purchasing/retail environment preferred
Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
High School education or equivalent.
Knowledge of Excel and Other Microsoft Office Products.
Good, tactful communications skills-verbal and written.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to quickly learn internal systems needed to perform duties.
