Job Description:

Our ideal Online Marketing Coordinator will possess an in-depth understanding of multi-channel marketing, paid searches and display advertising in order to successfully manage the duties of this excitingly multifaceted role.  To be successful within this position, one should focus on using existing paid channels, discovering new paths to engage with consumers and ultimately drawing them into the client's brand experience. This person will report to one of our Directors of Marketing and will work alongside our full-bodied Marketing and IT-Web Teams.

 

 Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of primary online paid marketing strategies such as search, social and display programmatic channels as well as behavioral re-targeting of campaigns.
  • Acting as a change agent and adapting to growing business needs within an often fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand the essential role of Paid Media and all its components including branded content, display ads etc.
  • Having an appreciation for data-insights and an analytical mindset that can effectively utilize web and digital analytics such as AdWords, Google Analytics and other data-analysis tools.  
  • Staying on top of the latest marketing trends, especially with Paid Search trends and platform changes.
  • Creating, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns, target audiences, and dynamic creative/personalized content with relevant platforms in collaboration with external media agencies.
  • Maintaining and tracking daily operations as well as the tactical planning/function of our paid search campaigns while acting as main point of contact for agency partners.
  • Compiling and analyzing available data to help refine our marketing strategies through data-driven decision making.
  • Delivering assignments, projects and campaigns on time and on-budget as well as reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with our analytics team on generating consolidated business reports by providing accurate data.
  • Identifying new ways in which we can improve and develop processes for effective campaign management and contribute any innovative ideas to improve our broader operations.
  • Implementing testing plans for creative, landing pages, audience segments, targeting strategies, campaign settings and more in order to maximize spend factor.
  • Additional duties related to role may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Experience with Google AdWords (including PLA’s), Microsoft AdCenter, Facebook Ads, Bid Management tools, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by communicating clearly, accurately and reliably
  • Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work independently yet understands the significance of collaboration and communication with other individuals and teams.
